Hi, I’m Alex Eisenberg

I'm Alex Eisenberg, a facilitator, artist and filmmaker.

I learned to lead groups at 17, running camps for hundreds of teenagers, still the toughest audience I've ever had. They clock the second you're not being real, so you learn fast!

My artistic and creative practice is the foundation for everything I do. It's taught me to follow your intuition and work with people you love, and I bring that into every space I host or facilitate.

My work asks: what becomes possible when people connect deeply?

Over 15 years, I've designed and convened groups across universities, the arts and social impact, supporting people to think deeply, get real with each other and decide better together. I've led leadership programmes for over 100 academics at Cambridge, Edinburgh and Manchester, and curated, produced and commissioned work by radical artists and cultural practitioners for live, exhibition and digital spaces, in partnership with Tate and the Barbican and more.

In 2022 I co-founded Soda, a participatory design agency delivering co-production with the NHS and communities. I'm trained group facilitation, Deep Democracy and conflict resolution.

I also make art films that explore queer histories and archives, and I perform in drag.

I am based in London and work all over the world.
