A 9 month leadership programme for senior academic leaders at world-class institutions, helping them raise their ambitions and shape thriving university environments. I work on this initiative as a facilitator and workshop designer with 64 Million Artists.

What I brought

In collaboration with the incredible team at 64 to design and led multiple cohorts across the University of Cambridge, Edinburgh, Kings College London, Newcastle, UCD Dublin and beyond. We worked with 60+ senior academics to unlock their leadership potential through creative facilitation, coaching and strength based interventions.

What changed

60+ senior academics developed across cohorts at Cambridge, Edinburgh, King's College London, Newcastle and UCD Dublin
Participants went on to secure millions of pounds in grant income for UK universities
Graduates stepped into new leadership roles and built what are now world-class research institutes
Stronger, more equitable research cultures, grounded in genuine friendship and human connection
